Terms & Conditions

1. 01

   Published prices are indicative and calculated at the day's EUR/KRW rate; the final price is set in the contract.

2. 02

   Payment is due on signing the contract, electronically or over a video call, with a regular invoice.

3. 03

   Transport times (Ro-Ro 35–40 days, Container 70–80 days) are estimates and depend on ship departures.

4. 04

   Local costs on arrival (unloading, customs agency, optional door delivery) are not included in the price and are paid on arrival. They are stated next to every price.

5. 05

   Every car is purchased only after inspection in Korea; if it fails the inspection, the customer may choose another car at no extra cost.

6. 06

   The warranty on engine, gearbox and chassis is defined in the purchase contract.

7. 07

   Data sent through the site's forms is used only to answer requests and is never shared with third parties.
